RoyalHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious or abusive activity without prior notice. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, passwords and hosted content.
All hosting services are provided on a best-effort basis with uptime targets but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, third-party failures or unexpected issues.
Refund requests are accepted only according to our refund policy. Domain registrations, VPS services, dedicated servers and custom services are non-refundable.
Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information at the time of registration. Fake or misleading information may result in account suspension.
RoyalHost may update pricing, policies and service features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, software issues, hacking attempts or third-party failures. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services without refund.
