RoyalHost Legal Agreement

This Legal Agreement governs the use of all services provided by RoyalHost, including Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Email Services and related products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing any service, or using RoyalHost, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions described in this Agreement.

2. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate information.
Maintain account security.
Protect login credentials.
Remain responsible for account activity.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid before due date.
Services may be suspended for non-payment.
Chargebacks may result in account termination.
Taxes and fees may apply.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and RoyalHost refund rules. Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are generally non-refundable.

No phishing activities.
No malware distribution.
No spam campaigns.
No illegal content.
No copyright infringement.

6. Service Availability

RoyalHost strives to maintain high uptime and reliable performance. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

RoyalHost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from service usage.

8. Suspension & Termination

Accounts violating this Agreement may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

9. Changes to Agreement

RoyalHost reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
